Kiana Joy is a California native originating from San Diego. She has traveled the world and visited far places such as Europe, Asia, and Canada. She even lived abroad in Guam where she developed her passion for helping people fall in love with a healthy lifestyle. While in Guam, Kiana was teaching youth Brazilian Jiu Jitsu as well as competing under Carlson Gracie Jiu Jitsu Academy. After her stint overseas she could not wait to get back to sunny San Diego to continue growing her craft and knowledge under skilled mentors in fields such as functional neurology with the human body, rehabilitation with muscular and vestibular systems, powerlifting, and hypertrophy training. From group fitness, to cycle instructor, now specializing in strength performance.
Kiana has a deep love and passion for food. She loves giving nutritional tips for people looking to learn how to take care of their daily needs. Her passion is health and fitness and that passion is implemented with every person she trains with. Helping others feel confident and empowered helps drive her to success every day with a smile on her face.
Don’t let Kiana’s fighting spirit scare you away, she’s actually a big lover not a fighter. In her free time you will probably find her at the gym, catching some rays at the beach, with her friends, or relaxing at home with her cats Reese and Princess Buttercup.

Each session starts off with a 5-10 minute warm up, focusing on mobility!
After you are properly warmed we will move over to Compound Training (Squat, Bench, Deadlift)
Together we will work on form and technique, getting you comfortable and confident with a barbell!
Following our main compound lift with hypertrophy accessories (cables, dumbbells, machines, etc.)
*Keep in mind every session is different depending on what goals you're trying to obtain!

Exercises based off equipment personally provided, specific goals, and accessed through virtual videos.
